Q. Can I order online with a Purchase Order Number?

A. Yes. When you proceed to checkout, there is a section where you can enter your purchase order number (Please Note this is only available for account holders)


Q. Can I pay with my purchasing card online?

A. Yes. When you proceed to checkout, there is a section where you can either select Charge my Account or Pay by Credit Card.


Q. How much is shipping?

A. WA Ergo Supplies proudly delivers Australia wide.

Freight is calculated based on the items ordered and the destination. This calculation will be displayed in your cart prior to finalising your order.

If you have your own freight account, WA Ergo Supplies will ship your delivery on your account.

Items in stock are shipped from our WA warehouse within 48 hours from your order confirmation.

In the event that orders are split due to backorders you will only be invoiced for one delivery charge.


Q. How do I change my password?

A. Once you are logged in, Click on “My Account” then “Account Details”. You will need to enter your current password as well as your new password. Once this is confirmed you will be sent an email confirming the change of password.


Q. How do I update my information?

A. Updating details such as a phone number or delivery address can be changed by logging in, click on “My Account” Then “Addresses”. Once this is confirmed you will be sent an email confirming the change.


Q. How do I search for a product?

A. There are a few ways to search for a product.
– Search products using the Menu drop down & browsing via the Sub Categories.
– Search products specifically by using the Search section on the type right of our website. Using this method, you can search by key words, item name or item code.

Q. How do I find the price of a product?

All product prices are individually shown beneath each product description. All our advertised prices include GST.


Q. How do I get pricing for a custom-made product?

Sometimes our products are advertised as custom made to order, so wont advertise a price – There will be a “Contact us for a Quote” or Alternatively Please contact WA Ergo Supplies Customer Service on (08) 9497 2384 or sales@waergo.com.au
